IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. These Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale ("Terms" or "Agreement") contain disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability (see Sections 13 and 14). Please print and retain a copy for your records.
Your use of travelle.com, including any sub-domains, affiliated sites, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Website"), which is owned and operated by Liberty Square Services LLC, doing business as Tavrelle ("Tavrelle," "we," "our," "us"), is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. By accessing, using, or placing an order through the Website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Website in any manner.
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS THAT WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING, A JURY TRIAL, AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Arbitration is mandatory and is the exclusive remedy for disputes unless otherwise specified in Section 15, or unless you opt out as described there.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By using the Website and agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

All aspects of the Website are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire ownership rights by downloading or using the Website or any material on it.
You agree not to use the Website or any products or services in any unlawful manner, including but not limited to: hacking or attacking the Website; publishing abusive, obscene, or defamatory material; soliciting others to participate in unlawful acts; violating any applicable law or regulation; infringing our or others' intellectual property rights; harassing, discriminating against, or defaming others; submitting false or misleading information; transmitting viruses or malicious code; collecting or tracking others' personal information; interfering with the Website's security features; or committing any other unlawful act.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Website if we determine you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that harms Tavrelle's rights or property, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice.
4. Products Sold for Personal Use Only
Products purchased from Tavrelle are for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to resell, redistribute, modify, or export any product purchased from the Website. We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
5. Accuracy of Information; No Professional Advice
Material on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate.
Tavrelle does not guarantee any specific outcome or result from the use of our products. Results may vary depending on factors unique to each individual.
6. Modifications to the Website and Prices
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Website (or any part of it) without notice at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. Any offer for any product made on this Website is void where prohibited.
7. Payment
All charges are in U.S. Dollars. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that sufficient funds are available. We are not responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer may charge.
8. Order Placement and Acceptance
Your electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order — it is only a confirmation that we received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. If we decline your order, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment.
9. Shipping
Tavrelle ships to addresses in the United States. Orders generally ship within 1 business days of placement. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping estimates. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Accurate shipping information is required at checkout. We are not responsible for late or missing shipments resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you discover an error in your order after submission, contact us immediately at support@tavrelle.com — we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has begun processing.
10. Delivery Confirmation
You agree that delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature, as many delivery circumstances are beyond our control.
11. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@tavrelle.com within 60 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
For other returns: items must be returned within 60 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving your return; it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account depending on your financial institution.
12. Social Media
This section applies to Tavrelle's presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms ("Social Media Presence"). These platforms are not controlled by us and have their own privacy policies and terms of use. Comments and opinions posted by users are their own and do not reflect Tavrelle's views. Report offensive content to the relevant platform directly.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
14. Disclaimer of Liabilities
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAVELLE OR ITS OWNER, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, TRAVELLE IS FOUND LIABLE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE EXCLUSIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY; IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
You and Tavrelle agree that any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, or our products or services shall be resolved by binding, final, and confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Unless you timely opt out, you will not have the right to have a court or jury decide your dispute, to obtain broad discovery, to participate in a class action, or to consolidate your claim with others.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of your first purchase by sending written notice to: Liberty Square Services LLC, Washington, DC, stating your name, the product purchased, and your intent to opt out.
This arbitration provision shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, DC, to the extent consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act.
16. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tavrelle, its owner, contractors, and service providers from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
17. Third-Party Websites and Links
The Website may include links to third-party websites. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of third-party sites. Please review third-party policies before engaging in any transaction with them.
18. Testimonials, Reviews, and Other Submissions
By submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content to Tavrelle ("Submissions"), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and transferable right to use, reproduce, and publish that content in connection with our marketing, in any media. You represent that your Submission is accurate and does not infringe on any third party's rights.
19. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Tavrelle and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content without our prior written consent.
The "Tavrelle" name and logo are trademarks of Liberty Square Services LLC. No license to use them is granted without prior written consent.

20. Electronic Communications
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically and that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

22. No Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
24. Termination
Sections 2–5, 13–16, and 18–25 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tavrelle and supersede any prior agreements.
